Uptick’s incredible Product Manager, Maddison, has been nominated by the Fire Protection Industry Awards for Young Achiever of the Year.
At only 25 years of age, Maddi has worked at Uptick for over four years. During that time, Maddi made her way from a Support Consultant, to Account Manager, to Customer Success Manager, to Product Manager, showing a dedication and drive that has enabled her to constantly evolve and grow.
Maddi is constantly hustling in her day-to-day conduct to learn, develop ideas, improve her knowledge about software development, and expand her learning in every possible avenue that is open to her. Despite coming from a science based degree, she has applied her intellect and skill across to the software industry in a seamless way.
Having quickly become the ‘go to’ person at Uptick, Maddi can answer any questions that you have, whilst being completely generous with her time and consistently demonstrating the ability to support others in their learning.
Maddi has significantly contributed to the Australian Fire Protection Industry and Community during her four years at Uptick. She is constantly consulting the Standards alongside the Uptick Roadmap, ensuring features we are implementing are inline with current legislation and policy.
Amongst a number of other projects, Maddi assisted heavily in development of the Digital Logbooks to ensure that our customers can go paperless and still comply with the Standards. This is a huge win for the industry, contributing to efficiencies as well as helping our clients go green.
We wish Maddi the best of luck at the industry awards next Wednesday!
