The team also highlighted the benefits of our service reports, which gives the end customer complete clarity and a visual record of any defects discovered.
In addition, the use of image attachments on the records for engineers gives easy access to the work that has previously been done on site.
The dashboards are also loved by their office-based staff as they can see how long engineers are on jobs for and how long they’re travelling for; which brings about efficient allocation of resources and time management.
The customer portal has also been credited for its clear layout and ease of use, even for the less IT-savvy amongst them. .
