Our Support process is a streamlined system designed to keep customers online and active and where possible resolve issues immediately.
Requests should use the Uptick support number: 1300 657 436 to directly talk to a member of the support team. We try and field all calls immediately, however, if the support team are unavailable leave a message and we’ll call you back.
All other requests should use the inline support system. We aim to reply to all tickets within 4 hours of receiving the request, with most requests resolved by close of business.
- Your licensing subscription includes a standard support agreement.
- This entitles you to unlimited support during business hours (8:30AM to 5:30PM AEST), via phone, tickets or emails.
- This support is available to your direct employees, e.g. office staff and technicians, but not clients or subcontractors.
- Additional on-site training can be requested and is billed at a rate of $1500/day.
