Uptick has worked closely with the ADL team since the beginning, assigning an onboarding specialist and support staff to help them move away from their old system, migrate any data, and provide in-depth training for the office and engineers out in the field.
Having the onboarding and support team on hand to assist with any issues was invaluable to the ADL team as it helped simplify the transition process to the Uptick software.
In the past, ADL Fire and Security had used multiple systems in order to manage the different aspects of the business. This all changed when they moved to Uptick - the software being built for the fire industry means that the features that are already built into the software were designed to support all of ADL’s activities and tasks.
ADL’s admin team have found that using Uptick’s software has made them respond to clients quicker than they usually would as the turnaround time for sending out reports has more than halved.
